My Favorite Guacamole Recipe
I love guacamole and this recipe is not only simple, it’s my very favorite. I tend to make a lot of things from scratch and few things by actually measuring ingredients. The beauty in that is that everyone who makes it can add as much or as little of the ingredients as they like. I happen to love cilantro, so I put a lot of it in my guacamole. Some people don’t like it as much, so they may use far less. No matter how you make it, this recipe is sure to be a hit. If you have more than 4 people you may want to double up on this recipe because it will go fast!
